  • First, head over to our contact page to request an appointment. At your consultation, we will walk through our inventory and put together your rental proposal list based off of your event needs and design. Once you accept your proposal and pay the retainer deposit, your rental items are reserved for your event.

  • Yes! After acceptance of the proposal, we allow up to a certain number of changes based upon package size and proximity to event date. Please reach out to our staff if you have questions regarding changes.

  • Absolutely! Although some people know exactly what they are looking for‚ others may need a little inspiration or a couple suggestions. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have or help you formulate ideas. We love to help as we have a passion for design and decorating!

  • We are currently open by appointment only so we can offer each customer dedicated time to create a one-of-a-kind wishlist with exceptional service.

  • No, we currently do not provide delivery service or shipping, but check back soon as we are working on providing delivery to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.

  • Checks can be made to Petite Fête Event Décor and mailed to 4825 W. 124th St., Savage, MN 55378.

  • Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

  • Yes. We need a copy of a valid driver’s license and a credit card to hold for a damage deposit. After the event‚ we inspect the rental items to make sure everything has been returned and in the condition as you rented it. If everything is accounted for and in proper‚ clean condition, no charges will be assessed. If we need to deduct for damage‚ cleaning‚ or loss‚ we will contact you with a total.

    * Please note, all items should be returned washed‚ cleaned‚ and laundered (if applicable) to avoid a cleaning charge. Items also need to be returned in the same container and wrapping as when picked up. All items and packaging must be protected from weather elements while the rentals are in your care. Please keep this in mind when transporting the rentals as well.

  • Yes. We understand that they are rentals and a small amount of wear and tear may occur‚ but all items will need to be inspected for noticeable damage when returned. We also understand that things can and will happen. However, beyond the threshold of what is considered normal wear and tear, we will need to charge for damage or loss replacement of pieces as most items have already been reserved for other events. Thank you in advance for returning our rental items in the same condition as when you picked them up and for your help in keeping our prices low!

  • Before picking up the rentals‚ we will need the following items completed:

    1.) Signed rental contract

    2.) Payment in full

    3.) Credit card information and a copy of valid driver’s license to hold for the damage deposit

    4.) Confirmed date & time for rental return

  • Yes. We will have the items inspected for any damage and recorded on the rental contract before you arrive. We will have your rentals packed and ready to load. You are responsible for loading and unloading of the rentals. We are always happy to help as much as we can‚ but keep in mind‚ we have some heavy items‚ so you may want to bring some extra help. Also‚ make sure you will have enough room to pack what you rented as Petite Fête is not responsible for determining how much will fit into your vehicle or any damage that occurs during transport.

  • Yes. you’ll work with our staff to find a convenient time for picking up and returning the rental items. Please note: rentals are not to be left unattended under any circumstances or you will be charged. Petite Fête is not responsible for rentals left unattended without an appointment.
